Greetings -

It is my pleasure to welcome all of you to Kuala Lumpur to participate in this year’s IASAS Tennis Tournament.  Whether you are an athlete, coach, parent or fan, ISKL intends to make every possible effort to make your experience in Kuala Lumpur an outstanding one.  There will be many ISKL community members about so please do not hesitate to approach us with your questions or needs; we would all be pleased to help. 

Some of you may know we do not have the tennis facilities necessary on our Ampang campus to host all of the competitions on site.  Although we are disappointed we cannot entertain you on campus all the time, the good news is that many matches will take place at the Titiwangsa Tennis Center, a very good facility that I am confident will meet your competitive and aesthetic expectations. 

This IASAS Tennis Tournament is an important part of the IASAS athletic season.  Three times a year the IASAS communities’ commitment to high quality competitive experiences for students is showcased in end-of-the-season tournaments.  They offer individuals and teams an opportunity to not only test their skills and sense of fair play, but also to meet young people from around the world in exciting cities in Southeast Asia.  I hope you share my enthusiasm with being part of the family of IASAS schools and are delighted with the opportunities IASAS schools provide.

I ask your help in offering support and encouragement to all the athletes who are performing during the course of this tournament.  IASAS schools take great pride in fostering a spirit of fair play among their athletes and parents.  Thank you in advance for your exemplary sportsmanship and committed global citizenship.
