Nora Slaiman '05 is completing an intership for her culinary school and is posted in Kuala Lumpur at the Equatorial Hotel for the next several months. She reports that her family members are doing well in the US and one of her favorite memories of ISKL is Connie's doughnuts.
Lee, former 4th teacher, & Doug, former HS math teacher, Shult are retired , but continue to reconnect with many former friends in Kuala Lumpur. Rumor has it they were with the Larios and Karen Palko revisiting their old haunts: Mei King Fat.
SunYoung Park '00 recently visited the school and was impressed with all the improvements. She reports that she is engaged and soon to marry.
Chinnapat Jitsawart '07 just finished his freshman year at Texas A & M and is in Kuala Lumpur for summer vacation. He will also be visiting his family in Thailand this summer.
Walter Barrios '07 is currently vacationing in KL after completing his first year at Thompson River University in Canada. While in KL, he is seeking employment and is interested in connecting with any ISKL alumni who are located in Canada for college.
Eui Hyun Hwang '07 is currently in town after finishing her first year at Univsertiy of Notre Dame in Indiana. She reports that she has met a few IASAS students during her first year.
Marrion Jayaraman '00 visited ISKL the first time since graduation. He is currently working in the film industry in Kuala Lumpur.
Marie Okada '07 and Miho Sakuri '07 recently visited ISKL during their school holidays. Marie is attending Sohpia University and Miho is attending Aoyama Gakuin University.
Zain Khandwala '88 visited KL for the first time in 12 years. Kuala Lumpur was just one destination of an 8-city tour.
Brittney Brown '08 currently lives in Cairo and says her favorite ISKL memories are teacher/student relationships.
Friends Mie Iwasaki, Natsuko Yoshimoto and Yuki Ogawa all from class of '97 stopped by their alma mater during their vacation. Mie is transferring to a town near Amsterdam and Nastuko and Yuki are working in Japan.
Lei Kit Ong '85 lives in KL and vacations with her daughter on Cape Cod.
Dan Leong '81, Akiko Koda '80 and Elsa Leong, MS alumni faculty recently visited the school.
Former HS assistant principal, Judith Pierce, recently visited ISKL. Here,she is shown with Siew Thai, secretary to the Business Manager. Judith is currently living in France and continues to teach writing courses.

Dheera Venkatraman '02, Eleanor Choo '02 and Jenny Cheng '02 recently met in Kuala Lumpur and visited the school. Dheera was in transit between Viet Nam and Boston, Eleanor is residing in KL and seaching for a job and Jenny is studying psychology at a local university.
Hafid Long '00 is currently living in Seattle working as a mechanical engineer. His parents still live in Malaysia and he was visiting them during the holiday.
Taka Koizumi '05 spent about two nights in Kuala Lumpur before heading off to Tokyo for a 3-week internship. He spent his last semester in Argentina working on his Spanish.
MarK Goh '07 is back in town for an extended stay and is assisting the HS Counseling office. He currently attends Griffiths University in Australia.
Patrick Hsiao '06 will be studying media and journalism in Sydney. He was in town for a quick visit before heading back to the US for the semester break.
Ching Wen Chan '04 recently graduated from Bond University and is currently in KL looking for employment in the film and TV industry.
Ariz Ramli '04 is currently the creative director of his own production company, Caprice, which produces music videos.
Michael van der Linden '99 seen here with Brian Candler '97 and resides in Melbourne, Australia. Michael is currently working for an audio visual company as an engineer. This was his first trip back to KL since graduating.
Chihori Hamada Kikuchi '86 and her daughter visited ISKL recently. Chihori lives in Singapore and fondly remembers "the great teachers and wonderful classmates who supported my time in KL".

John Smith, former Athletic Director, is seen here with Rob Mullen, School Psychologist, during his recent visit to ISKL. John is in town for the MUN conference being hosted by ISKL. John presented Rob with a poster of BoSox pitcher, Daiske, to commemorate this year's win.

Khanh Uong '91 and his wife, Dana, visited the school for the first time since his departure in '86. They are living in Baltimore.
Jean Marc Gallois '96 recently visited ISKL with the Manigart family, Sara and Denis and the newest addition to the Manigart family: LIsa Akadina.
Kamina Nagel '05 is currently studying on the Gold Coast of Australia and Kobie Andrus '05 is at university in Manly, Australia. Kobie just finished an intensive internship in Kuala Lumpur in the events planning sector.
Jun Sik Yoem '05 just finished one year of intentisve Japanese laugage study and will enter the S. Korean military service this month for a two-year committment.

The Iwasaki sister's, Mie '97 and Fusa '96, visit with Connie and Shauna and Mike Larios. Mie and Fura and their older sister were vacationing in Malaysia and had not been on campus since their graduation.
Richa Bhargava '06 and Deanna LInd '06 recently stopped by the campus. Richa is studying finance at Lancaster University and Deanna is completing an undergraduate law degree at the Unversity of Reading.

Akira Matsumoto '02, who recently graduated from Florida Tech as a mechanical engineer, recently visited his alma mater. Akira will be working starting January in Japan for Bosh, a German company. Until then, he will be in Kuala Lumpur and looks forward to playing on the alumni soccer team. Accompanying Akira is Evelyn, a graduate of SUNY-Buffalo.
So Yeon Ahn '06 is currently studying architechture at the Rhode Island School of Design, Antti Koskelainen '06 recently finished a year of military service in Finland and Thomas Tuite '06 who is coaching JV soccer this first season is returning to University of Nottingham in October.
Arisa Otsuka '06 is currently studing psychology at Nara Women's University in Japan and Satoshi Emi '06 is studying at Kansai Univeristy in Osaka.
Sisters, Shiraz '05 and Rukshan '06, recently visited their alma mater. Shiraz is attending university at King College in London and is studying law. Rukshan is attending Univeristy of Edingurgh studying business and psychology.
Mrs. Gosh, mother of Dia '00 and Angshuman '03, recently stopped by the school. She and her husband are moving to Busan, South Korea and they will be fondly remembered for their support of ISKL during their 11 year stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Melodie Hueber '03 recently met up with her former art teacher, Cheryl Lambie. Melodie has recently graudated from a fine art college in Halifax and will be moving to Vancouver to study make-up design for the next year.

Dani Davi '02 is currently studying art history at the Savannah College of Arts & Design. She is also concentrating on creative writing and her thesis next year will focus on the Madonna.

EePing Yap '05 and Ashok Ilankovan '05 were in town recently. EePing is studying at MORESE, University of Warick, UK and is interning the Malaysian Securities Commission during the summer. Ashok, was at Worster University in western Mass., but is headed to Columbia in NYC to study biomedical engineering. He interned at Hong Kong University this summer.

Andren Wilson '95 just finished a contract in Singapore and stopped at the school for a visit before heading home to Melbourne. He is employed as a lead piping designer. It was his first visit to the school since graduation.

Sneha Kalaivanan '06 is currently studying economics at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga.

Kim Jackson '05 is studying politcal science & education at Bucknell University in Pa. She is looking forward to studying in London during the spring semester. She worked at MACEE this past summer.

Emma Blackmore '05 and Marcus Perez-Cervantes '05 have visited the campus several times recently. Emma is studying sociology & buisness at the University of Nottingham and just spent two months working for Tetra Pak in Kuala Lumpur. Marcus is studying industrial design at Savannah College of Art & Design in Ga. His famiy is moving to Moscow where he will be spending several weeks before heading back to the US.
